As one door opens another closes

As one closes another opens

One door, the main door, has the master key

The key that also fits my heart and soul

And when that door opens well just wait and see

The light seeping through, the path to my goal.

I want to open all those doors

And see my heightened spirit soar

I want the power of all life’s energy

To set my mind and body free

And when absorbed to saturation

I want it to flow, like tides, high tide, a tidal wave

Into everyone who would accept it

This is the only salvation

Coming together bit by bit
The light of life momentarily lit
Darkness first, then finding one key
Increasingly wize, fighting to see
Nurturing food portrayed as pain
A paradoxical world of the growing in sane
The confused, conflicting, consciousness links
The unconscious mind at last at the brink
The direct channel, the simple connections
Send waves of positive energy infections
The purity and the essence of life
Only glimpsed amongst the struggle and strife
But each link which joins is predestined to find
Enlightenment at the very heart of your mind.
